Our society has a bit of a valuation problem.

And we’re here to fix it.

Project Element is an initiative by the students of the MIS Batch of 2015.

Through Project Element, we aim to help children find their passion through interactive workshops in different fields between 25th May and 3rd June.

As a child, you certainly had an answer to the question, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” This answer probably did not sound like what you would say if you were asked the same question today. As children we all have simple ideas of what we want to do in life. Somewhere along the way, these dreams are compressed, twisted and processed into something very different.

You are all designed for a purpose; something you are uniquely suited to. You show both a natural inclination towards it and a liking for it, and while doing it you maximize your capacity for brilliance. It is this something which is said to be your ‘element’.

Project Element is an attempt to help you find your calling, and thereby yourself. Through Project Element, we hope to show you why we love doing what we love doing and, in the process, help you discover the same. We will try placing in your hands the tools for you to be the very best you can be.

How it Works

Based on the skillset and capacity the class of 2015 of the MIS, 18 different fields of interest have been chosen. For each field, a comprehensive web portal will provide recommended viewing lists and reading material. We will also be organising Hangouts and QnA sessions to create an environment for deliberation and discussion.

In the first week of the summer holidays, we will be conducting physical workshops for each of these fields for students of classes 9, 10 and 11. These will be held in The Mother’s International School from May 25, 2015 to June 3, 2015.
